If you choose 16, 18, 19, and 20-SEER-rated condensers or air source heat pumps, the efficiency of the unit relieves stress on the compressor. These condensers carry a lifetime WARRANTY for the compressor.

As per EPA guidelines, your AC must have a minimum Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) of 13, similar to the UL rating standard. Orange Mountain Heating and Air Conditioning honors manufacturers' WARRANTIES for the first year and provides 10-year WARRANTIES for registered equipment.
